VNA Sales Manager
Symmetry Recruitment is acting on behalf of a market-leading client in the Intralogistics and Material Handling sector to find an expert VNA Sales Manager.
Due to a planned retirement this is a rare opportunity to join the market-leading Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) team in the industry.
As part of our clients Intralogistics Solution division the VNA Sales Manager will act as the subject matter expert for their VNA product line supporting and driving sales within a specified segment of the UK Sales team.
The role involves frequent customer site visits to survey advise and provide comprehensive VNA solutions including integration with the wider product portfolio and a base understanding of storage and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough customer site surveys.
Advise on truck specifications using VNA design software.
Prepare and present tailored customer quotations and proposals.
Ensure timely completion of all sales documentation.
Collaborate closely with Project Engineers Technicians and Installation teams to meet customer requirements before and after installation.
Develop sales strategies for both conceptual and product-focused sales.
Support market share growth for the brands product lines.
Cooperate cross-functionally within the Intralogistics Solution (ILS) team to support turnkey projects including Automation and Storage Solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following background and skills:
Background in Materials Handling or a related intralogistics sector with direct sales experience at Key Account level or above.
A good working knowledge of VNA trucks and applications is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional presentation skills (including PowerPoint).
Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels (internal and external).
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Full driving licence.
