As a Clinical Leader at our Bristol Hospital youre registered with the appropriate governing body and you have the relevant qualifications and experience including NMC. With excellent leadership skills you hold post-registration experience in care of patients pre and post operatively in everything from Orthopaedic Gynae and Urology.

Ideally you will hold a Level 6 or 7 qualification in Leadership (or equivalent experience) reflecting your commitment to professional development and high standards of team management.

AsaClinical Leader you will:

• Support theTheatre Managerin the efficient running of the Theatre and Recovery areas

• Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety

• Be instrumental to the patient experience ensuring seamless personalised care

• Work well with consultants who are experts in their field

• Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment care planning and delivery

• Champion a supportive enabling culture within the theatre and recovery team promoting staff wellbeing and patient safety
