About NAAFLS

The North Australian Aboriginal Family Legal Service (NAAFLS) is a not-for-profit organisation delivering holistic legal and support services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people experiencing domestic family and sexual violence. With offices across the Top End our work is grounded in cultural respect community collaboration and self-determination.

About the Role

Were leading delivery of the Leaving Violence Program Top End Regional Trial a national initiative helping people safely leave violence through culturally grounded practical support.

As a Senior Case Worker youll deliver trauma-informed culturally safe case management and mentor a small team of Case Workers. Youll walk alongside clients to develop safety plans access financial assistance and connect with community supports.

What youll bring:

  • Experience in culturally safe trauma-informed service delivery.
  • Strong communication advocacy and mentoring skills.
  • Relevant qualifications or extensive experience in social or community services.
  • Ability to travel to remote communities and manage competing priorities.
  • Current NT Driver Licence WWCC and clear Criminal History Check (or ability to obtain).
