Job Summary
SALARY $17.20 per hour

Description
Reports to the facility maintenance manager or designee. Responsible for the completion of a wide variety of tasks to include keeping assigned areas clean and orderly in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential Functions:
MAINTENANCE/CUSTODIAN WORK:
- Cleaning floors bathrooms outside area and other duties as assigned in the building.
- Wash walls windows ceilings woodwork dust desks bookshelves cabinets and other office furniture
- Collect and dispose of all trash litter and other debris on grounds streets and parking lots. Sweep and clean exterior steps entrances landings and sidewalks.
- Use basic cleaning compounds waxes and disinfectants as provided by supervision.
Must be reliable and willing to work evenings and some weekends.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must be a completer and ready for work-based learning.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Qualified students will at a minimum have their student card.
