ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a proactive and strategic Certified Recycled Parts Business Leader to lead the development of our Certified Recycled Parts (CRP) business in the EMEA region. This role encompasses driving and supporting all aspects of life cycle marketing equipment returns repairs sales collateral and customer engagement.
KEYINDIVIDUALACCOUNTABILITIES/DELIVERABLES:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Certified Recycled Parts business in EMEA by driving all aspects of life cycle marketing.
- Manage and respond to all customer inquiries in the Recycled Parts mailbox efficiently and effectively.
- Offer solutions to customers to maximize their initial system investment by utilizing CRP as a bridge to planned migration thereby extending the life of their existing systems.
- Handle complex affiliate inquiries promptly and accurately providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage high-priority orders for the Recycled Parts distribution center ensuring timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead the displaced material and IOS recovery process collaborating closely with SBDs and FSMs for excess and surplus recovery.
- Execute buyback strategies for high-demand products to optimize inventory management.
- Further integrate CRP into the Logistics and AMS environment for seamless operations.
- Manage external vendors in the EMEA region for repair and testing processes ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Serve as a member of the Data Management Team of ISLC for SAP collaborating closely with the Global Program Manager on Legacy Parts HiWay Care Program Coax Support and Guaranteed Supply for Parts Agreements.
- Oversee customer service activities for EMEA and AP distributors and affiliates ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Provide monthly updates on CRP metrics including financials pricing warranties and exchange orders.
- Draft and update external vendor contract documents as necessary.
- Maintain trade information for recycled parts confirming values and COO for returns. - Collaborate with the Trade Compliance team and Logistics team for shipments and recovery of materials.
QualificationsJobSpecifications:
- General :High level of coordination experience and working within complexenvironments is preferred with excellent communications skillsandtheabilityto workwithin a Global team.
Education/Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in a related discipline plus 4 to 7 years experience in an Operations function
- Materials management qualification preferred
- Six Sigma Green certified
Experience :
- Operational experience in a B2B service business
- Good understanding and operational experience to drive a One-Honeywell approach
- Experience in a multi discipline team
Professional Skills /Knowledge :
- Sound businesses knowledge problem solving judgment and appropriate decisiveness.
- Understands the marketplace and general business environment
