Job Summary
Our client a well-established company in the insurance industry is seeking to add a lawyer withat least 2 yearsofpost-call experience to its team asIn House Counsel (Claims).The ideal candidate will have experience with construction law insurance and/or surety matters and will be advising across the full lifecycle of complex claims including conducting investigations completing coverage assessments and negotiating settlements.
