The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining various sites in a state of operating excellence so that they meet the performance needs of the organization supervises crews and jobs; schedule staff; communicates with Maintenance Foreman. As a Maintenance Technician you will have the responsibility of...
- Working on repairs renovations and upgrades to parking lots and buildings as directed
- Communicatingwith subcontractors andvendors to coordinate orders deliveries parts and work.
- Performingroutine maintenance around facilities such as repairing structural damage painting wall repair and lighting
- Maintaining equipment in good working order
- Repairing and identifying potential safety hazards using PPE when needed
- Communicating and workingin a timely manner keeping all informed of progress of assignments as necessary
Qualifications
For our Maintenance Technicians we look for...
General knowledge of basic maintenance procedures
Basic knowledge of electrical and painting procedures as well as concrete repairs
Flexible availability
Self-motivated responsible reliable and detail-oriented individuals
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. stand for up to 8 hours at a time and work outdoors
