The NPI (New Product Implementation) Project Manager will lead new product initiatives from idea to execution ensuring projects stay on track on budget and aligned with company standards. This role requires strong communication meticulous organization and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments including design engineering manufacturing marketing logistics and leadership teams.
The Project Manager will maintain timelines identify risks create structure and drive accountability across all project stages. This is an exciting high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing ideas to life with clarity and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple NPI projects simultaneously from concept through implementation.
- Build and maintain detailed project timelines task lists and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineering manufacturing marketing and logistics.
- Identify project risks delays and bottlenecks and drive effective resolutions.
- Maintain accountability for deadlines and deliverables.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to leadership.
- Document improve and standardize processes for efficiency and repeatability.
- Ensure all product launches meet company standards for quality cost and timing.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in project management manufacturing or product development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong organization and follow-through.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience using project management tools (Asana Jira etc.).
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations Industrial Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred:
- Experience in cabinetry kitchen interior design or similar industries.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or process improvement methodologies.
- Experience working in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
