Job Description
As Senior Customer Service Executive at NTS Singapore you will be the vital link between our customers and our production operations. Youll supervise production planning activities to ensure on-time delivery while managing customer expectations with clear communication and proactive engagement. Your organizational excellence and ability to stay calm under pressure will drive operational efficiency as you coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and maintain our reputation for reliability.
Furthermore your key responsibilities are:
Supervise production planning activities with laser focus on customer order fulfillment on-time delivery and seamless logistics support;
Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating commitments providing prompt updates and proactively addressing requests and challenges in a professional manner;
Monitor orders regularly and assist in forecasting through structured planner meetings to optimize production schedules and reduce process cycle times;
Obtain and share customer feedback with colleagues and departments to drive continuous improvement in products and services;
Manage operational sales activities through Outstanding Order Reports with customers maintaining excellent follow-through on multiple simultaneous tasks;
Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong perseverance to meet delivery schedules consistently.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in any related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in planning and customer support roles;
Knowledge in production planning and experience with MRP systems will be a significant advantage;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across departments and customer organizations;
Able to stay calm and work exceptionally well under pressure while managing diverse feedback and competing priorities;
Initiative-driven highly organized and consistently able to meet challenging delivery schedules with precision.
