Job Description:
What are we looking for
More than 12 years solid sales experience in national key account management;
Proven leadership of team management and achieve sales target through people;
Has successfully delivered on KPIs especially top and bottom line business results
Outstanding analytical skills business insight strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
What will be your key responsibilities
Lead the team to manage customers and deliver business target
Work together with the demand planning and relative customer MKT team to plan the forecast and define building block
Delivers the annual plan agreed ensuring the achievement of financial KPIs for his/her scope
Proactively seeks new opportunities for business development
Team engagement - Develop a high-engaging and capable KA team and build up talent pipeline.
