Position Summary

This position works with the Facilities Manager to develop facility improvement and upgrade plans and is responsible for the operation maintenance and upgrades of facility equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and implement preventive maintenance plan for the major facilities.
Develop the facility improvement and upgrading plan.
Compile the operation and technical files of the equipment.
Responsible for facilitys operation management and troubleshooting of CDA HVAC UPS elevator vacuum system power supply etc.
Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency
Organize the resources internally and externally to complete facility improvement and upgrading projects on budget on scope on schedule good quality and good safety.
Conduct acceptance of improvement project completion collation and filing of project information.
Maintain water supply and drainage and fire protection system.
Analysis power consumption and prepare power operation data reports. Develop and implement ways to save energy

Basic Qualifications

College or above with major of HVAC/Mechanical/Building electricity.
Minimum 5 years of experience of facility management familiar with electrical air conditioning fire protection drainage and other systems
Skills: be familiar with building electricity and mechanical drawings
Computer Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft office software project and CAD

Preferred Qualifications

Electrician Qualification Certificate
Efficient time management and self-management.
Can work independently and under pressure.
Customer oriented manner and teamwork spirit with continuous improvement actions.
Communication: read and write English
