Job Summary
Job DescriptionThe Gloucester Public Schools are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Assistant IT Director to play a vitalrole in our districts technology operations. This position is responsible for managing projects ensuringthe stability security and efficiency of our network and systems and supporting the implementation ofthe districts strategic vision. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert and a collaborative leadercommitted to providing a reliable technology environment for all students and Assistant Director of Information Technology will work closely with the Director to coordinatedaily activities ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies and support the achievement ofdepartmental goals related to productivity and operational efficiency. This role involves the dailyadministration management and maintenance of various systems hardware and network infrastructureacross all school buildings. The position reports directly to and is evaluated by the Director ofInformation Technology.
