Job Title: Rehabilitation Physical Therapist
Location: Chatham MA 02601
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hrs/week MonFri (7:30 AM4:00 PM 8:00 AM4:30 PM or 8:30 AM5:00 PM)
Local Pay Range: $50$56/hour

Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Chatham MA. The ideal candidate will provide effective evidence-based therapy support patient mobility and functional goals and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to drive positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish measurable treatment goals.
Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress.
Conduct assessments of muscle nerve and joint function.
Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor patient response.
Accurately document all treatments progress notes and communications.
Educate patients and families on exercises mobility techniques and home programs.
Provide guidance to PT Assistants Aides and students as needed.
Maintain compliance with safety quality and infection control protocols.
Participate in team meetings staff training and continuing education.
Record daily patient activities and related charges.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
Active Massachusetts PT license
Current BLS certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Clinical specialist certification
Experience in rehab program development staff training or clinical mentorship
