Primary Job Responsibilities:
ソリューションアーキテクチャの設計お客様のAI/ML(生成AILLMを含む)戦略と要件およびビジネスプランを深く理解してユースケースに落とし込みOpenShift AIを中核とした最適な技術アーキテクチャを設計提案します
目標定義と計画策定顧客の課題要望を可視化しAI適用領域の特定と優先順位付けを行いスモールスタートからスケールアウトを見据えた実行可能なロードマップを共同で策定します
技術的エバンジェリストとしての活動OpenShiftがAI開発稼働基盤として提供する独自の価値GPUリソースの効率的な管理再現性の高いMLOpsパイプラインセキュアなマルチテナンシーなどについてお客様やパートナーへ説得力のある説明を行います
技術検証 (PoC) のリード複雑なAIワークロードモデルのトレーニング推論サービング等がOpenShift上で効率的に動作することを実証するためPoC概念実証やデモンストレーションを計画し技術チームをリードします
お客様とのリレーション構築お客様の技術部門(AIエンジニアデータサイエンティストインフラ管理者)およびIT部門の上級管理職やビジネス部門と深い信頼関係を築きAI戦略の策定を支援するTrusted AdvisorとしてAI導入の成功を支援します
フィードバックと連携お客様のニーズや市場のトレンドを社内の営業チームコンサルティングチームおよびグローバルの製品開発チームにフィードバックしソリューションの改善に貢献します
オープンソースカルチャーの体現Red Hatのオープンソースカルチャーを体現しベストプラクティスや技術知見を積極的にコミュニティやイベントブログ等で発信します
Required Skills:
エンタープライズ領域における5年以上のアーキテクトまたはコンサルタントとしての実務経験
お客様のビジネス上の課題(KGI/KPI業務プロセスなど)を理解しそれをAI/ML技術を用いてどのように解決できるかを具体的に立案提案した経験
AIアプリケーションのアーキテクチャ設計および開発に関する高度な専門知識
機械学習モデルのアーキテクチャの設計開発の経験主要なAI/MLフレームワーク(KebeflowTensorFlowPyTorchなど)やMLOpsに関する専門知識
最新の予測AI(Predictive AI)および生成AI(Generative AI)技術の経験および生成AIのDevOps適用AI駆動開発の概要の理解と最新動向の把握
お客様の課題を深くヒアリングし複雑な技術要素を分かりやすく説明できる高度なコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力
変化の速いOpenShiftAIの技術分野において最新のソリューションを常に把握し主体的に学習を継続できるマインドセット
Preferred Skills:
Red Hat OpenShift または Kubernetes (K8s) を用いたエンタープライズシステムの設計構築運用に関する深い知見と実践的スキル
OpenShift/Kubernetes における KubeflowPyTorchvLLMなどのオープンソースAIコミュニティプロジェクトに関する深い専門知識
金融製造公共通信などの業界のAIユースケースに関する知識
AgileDevOpsMLOpsの方法論コンテナ技術およびCI/CDパイプライン(TektonJenkinsGitLab CIなど)に関する十分な知識
データ収集前処理ETLパイプラインの構築データレイク/ウェアハウス(TrinoSparkKafkaなど)に関する知識や経験
CxO(経営層)を含むビジネス部門のステークホルダーに対する技術戦略やビジネス上のROIを明確にした提案助言を行った実績
