What youll do:

Architect and implementcomplex frontend systems and features.
Establish and maintain code quality performance and maintainability actively conduct code reviews and mentor peers.
Guide technical directionfor projects making and influencing architectural decisions and technology choices.
Collaborateclosely with product managers designers and engineers to turn requirements into robust technical solutions.
Mentor and share knowledgeto foster a positive high-performing team environment.
Optimize performanceidentifying and resolving bottlenecks to keep applications fast and responsive.
Stay up-to-datewith new frontend technologies tools and best practices introducing improvements to our processes.

What you will bring:

5 years of experience building frontend applications
Strong proficiency in JavaScript Angular AngularJS HTML CSS and modern frontend frameworks
In-depth experience with web performance optimization (profiling monitoring and improving frontend performance)
Skilled with build and deployment tools (such as Webpack Docker NX)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proven leadership and mentorship abilities
(Bonus) Exposure to ExtJS
