We are seeking an experienced Surgical Device Sales Specialist to lead strategic sales initiatives deliver technical expertise and build strong partnerships with hospitals and surgical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies for surgical devices across major hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Clinical & Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth product demonstrations operating room support and training for surgeons and clinical staff to ensure optimal product utilization.
- Market Development: Identify new business opportunities expand market share and support product launches in alignment with company objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons procurement teams and hospital decision-makers.
- Industry Representation: Attend surgical workshops conferences and events to represent the brand and stay ahead of market trends.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Science Biomedical Engineering Nursing or related discipline
- Minimum 23 years of experience in surgical device or medical equipment sales
- Proven track record in hospital-based sales and operating room support
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
- Ability to work independently with a proactive consultative approach
