We have an exciting opportunity at nbn as a Product Roadmap Coordinator reporting to the Executive Manager Customer Roadmap Planning & Innovation.

A bit about your role

The Product Roadmap Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the development and management of the Customer Roadmap promoting standardization in product development across nbn and facilitating engagement sessions related to the Customer Roadmap. Each of these key accountabilities represents 33% of the roles focus.

A bit about you

The ideal candidate has foundational experience in roles involving products and pricing within telecommunications technology or consulting. They bring strong presentation stakeholder management collaboration and strategic thinking skills along with a customer-focused mindset. Effective communication and influencing abilities are essential especially for conveying complex ideas to stakeholders. Planning and organizing skills are also required to coordinate across multiple functions within the organization.
