- Position: Math Teacher
- Location: Texas
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Start Date: ASAP
- Total Hours Per Week: 35 hours per week
- Duration of Contract: New School Year 202526
- Plan prepare and deliver high-quality math instruction aligned with state standards and school curriculum
- Develop engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking problem-solving and mathematical reasoning
- Assess student learning using formative and summative assessments to guide instructional decisions
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of all students
- Provide academic support tutoring and enrichment opportunities as needed
- Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences to enhance understanding of mathematical concepts
- Collaborate with colleagues administrators and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records of student performance attendance and communication
- Create a positive inclusive and growth-oriented classroom environment
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics Education or a related field required
- Masters degree in Education or Mathematics preferred
- Valid California Teaching Credential in Mathematics (Single Subject) or Multiple Subject with math emphasis required
- Prior experience teaching math at the elementary or middle school level preferred
- Strong classroom management communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction and use data to inform teaching practices
- Proficiency with educational technology tools and math instructional software
