In this Associate Director Diversified Credit role you will:
- Provide an independent and granular assessment of business and personal lending from a wide range of clients and businesses.
- Undertake credit application decisioning with a 2nd line credit Delegated Commitment Authority.
- Ensure that an acceptable level of risk is maintained and losses are kept to a minimum and would routinely involve assessing funding applications within the delegated commitment authority issued.
- Provide constructive suggestions for change/improvement.
- Participate in delivery of strategic initiatives
- Assisting with proactive management of day-to-day operations
What youll bring
- Extensive Banking/ Credit Risk experience.
- Demonstrated experience in autonomously decisioning business lending transactions within a delegated authority.
- Extensive knowledge of business and economic issues understanding of business operating cycles and industry knowledge and understanding.
- High level of communication skills proven problem-solving skills time management skills conflict resolution negotiation and presentation skills.
