Main Responsibilities:
- Site Safety Oversight: Supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to all safety protocols during equipment installation.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct hazard assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with OSHA local safety codes and company policies.
- Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents or near-misses and implement corrective actions.
- Safety Training & Awareness: Provide ongoing safety training for workers and subcontractors.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop response plans and conduct drills for fire electrical and equipment-related emergencies.
- Contractor Management: Ensure third-party vendors adhere to established safety standards.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of safety inspections incidents and compliance audits.
Qualifications :
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in workplace safety preferably in manufacturing or warehouse automation.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations safety codes and risk management principles.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills with the ability to enforce safety policies effectively.
- Experience implementing safety programs in an industrial setting.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in safety management (e.g. CSP CHST OSHA 30/OSHA 510).
- Familiarity with automation technologies (Racks AMRs/AGVs conveyors robotic systems).
- Ability to control the entire process of transporting installing and commissioning heavy goods in factories or warehouses.
- Frequent business trips to work at various sites in the United States should also be free from difficulties.
- Ability to coordinate safety efforts across multiple teams including operations and contractors.
- Fluent in Korean and English
