Job Summary
Overview
St. Lukes is seeking a full time Advanced Practitioner to join a highly collegial and patient focused team at the St. Lukes Pain Management Clinic. The APP provides specialized high-quality care to patients with chronic pain conditions under the supervision of a board-certified pain management physician. The selected individual would be responsible for comprehensive assessments development/management of individualized multi-modal pain treatment plans to include procedural non-pharmacologic and pharmacologic management and performing minor in-office procedures (joint injections trigger-point injections). Experience is preferred and professionalism working with a complex or high-needs patient population.
What to Expect:
- 4 or 4.5 days per week
- High volume clinic
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Malpractice insurance as well as malpractice tail coverage
- $3500 Professional Development Fund
- 5 CME days are included to complete education aside from accrued PTO
