Job Summary
Machine Operators-Goshen IN
1st Shift: 6:00A-2:00P
2nd Shift: 2:00P-10:00P
3rd Shift:10:00P-6:00A
OT may be required up to 7 days per week based off production schedule.
Pay: Days: $18.50/hr-$20.00/hr
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This role requires attention to detail a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to perform basic quality checks using gages and required measuring tools
