Alarm Engineering a Pye Barker Company is Hiring!Location: Salisbury MD
Develop and execute the branch business plan to ensure store profitability. Manage and develop branch personnel while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth. Plan implement and oversee key areas of responsibility to support company goals mission and vision. Provide strong leadership and strategic direction for the branch.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff planning and evaluating department activities.
Maintains staff by recruiting selecting orienting and training employees.
Ensures a safe secure and legal work environment.
Develops personal growth opportunities.
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations planning monitoring and appraising job results.
Coaches counsels and disciplines employees.
Develops coordinates and enforces systems policies procedures and productivity standards.
Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business financial service and operations information.
Defines objectives identifies and evaluates trends and options chooses a course of action and evaluates outcomes.
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements adhering to an annual budget scheduling expenditures analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems and recommending system improvements.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Hiring and Staffing where needed.
Customer engagement.
Other duties as deemed necessary by company management.
Education/Qualifications:
High school diploma GED or equivalent
Bachelors degree in business administration or management a plus
Three years experience in an office setting
Permits Licenses Certifications a plus
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Excellent sales customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks delegating when appropriate.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Other Duties:
Adheres to the Code of Conduct Confidentiality Agreement and Company Safety Policy.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $130000 $150000 annually plus bonuses and incentives.
