Job Summary

Business Unit: Technology Operations & Cyber Security (TOCS) COO
Salary Range: 28000 to 35000 per annum DOE
Location: UK Hybrid Work from anywhere in the UK with flexibility to occasionally visit Glasgow or Gosforth HUB.
Contract Type: Permanent Full time

Whatyoullbe doing

  • Building and utilising your Business Analysis skillsetwithin Cyber Security projects
  • Working onprojectsthat deliver business and technical change
  • Working on projects end to end from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation
  • Working proactively and collaboratively with those around you input in to planningprovidingprogress updates and input intoproject risks and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifyopportunities solve problems and implement innovative solutions
  • Conductingbusiness analysis activitiesincludingrequirements dataanalysisand impact analysis
  • Conducting business readiness activities includingcommunication & training plansand implementation planning

We need you to have

  • A strongtrack recordof successfullydeliveringon Business Analysis activities using different methodologies and techniques gained by working on multiple projects.
  • Experience of successfully delivering Business Analysis and readiness work across the project lifecycleincludingrequirements gathering stakeholder management use cases Business Impact assessments process mapping as is &tobe creating and delivering communications & training plans creation of support models & operating models and RACI.
  • Experience of working in technical IT projects
  • A curious mindset willingness to learn within technical projectsability to ask questions to translate technical information into simple businesslanguage.
  • Experience in data gathering andanalysisincludinguseof MS Excel/ power BI
  • Demonstrable experience of building relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience ofparticipatingin meetings and workshops sharing your thoughts and ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • First class inter-personal skills coupled with influencing abilities and a can-do attitude to keep focussed on delivering the right business outcome.

  • Business Analysis qualifications
  • Education in a technical/IT discipline
  • Exposure to multiple delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
