**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Salesperson to join Payne Alice Motors. The ideal candidate must be 21 years or older with a valid drivers license for a minimum of three consecutive years. The Salesperson will play a vital role in assisting customers with vehicle selection and purchase providing information on vehicle features facilitating test drives and ensuring excellent customer service.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid drivers license for at least three consecutive years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to various customer preferences and personalities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and products
**Responsibilities:**
- Welcome customers and assess their vehicle needs
- Present information on vehicles pricing and financing options
- Arrange and conduct test drives explaining vehicle features
- Negotiate prices and sales terms effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry developments
