A thriving high-volume Toyota dealership is expanding and seeking two motivated Used Vehicle Sales Consultants to help us continue our success!

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers on our lot or showroom floor
- Listen to customer needs recommend suitable used vehicles and conduct test drives
- Demonstrate vehicle features and explain benefits
- Handle negotiations trade-ins and financing options
- Close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships
- Maintain knowledge of our used inventory and market trends
- Competitive compensation: Uncapped commission-based earnings with potential for six figures for top performers (base/draw available for new hires)

- Ongoing training: No experience No problem! We provide full training and support to help you succeed
- No prior sales experience required we welcome motivated individuals from all backgrounds (retail customer service hospitality etc.)
- Experience in automotive sales preferred but not mandatory
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and desire to succeed
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends and holidays.
