As part of theEntertainment Partners& Contentorganization youll be joining an excitingteam thatexplores new and innovative ways to bring LEGO storytelling beyond the screen.

Youll collaborate with world-class partners to turn creative ideas into engaging high-qualityliveexperiences showsor exhibitionsthat embody the LEGO brand values of creativity imagination and fun.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of globallocation-based entertainment partnerships including permanent touring and pop-up experiences.

  • Scout and evaluatenew opportunitiesthat expand LEGOs global presence in live and immersive spaces.

  • Oversee theend-to-end lifecycleof each project

  • Managebudgets forecasts and financial reportingto ensure projects meet both creative and commercial goals.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such asLegal Creative Finance and Brand ensuring alignment and timely delivery.

  • Help define and establishnew processes tools and frameworksfor this emerging area of the business.

  • Serve as atrusted partner and subject-matter expert representing the LEGO brand in external negotiations and strategic conversations.

Do you have what it takes

  • Experience workinginlive experiential immersive or location-based entertainment such as attractions touring exhibitions branded events or themed experiences.

  • Strong ability to managemulti-stakeholder projectsinvolving creative legal and commercial components.

  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and relationship-building skills with confidence interacting at senior levels.

  • Strength inproject managementand organization with the ability to balance multiple initiatives at once.

  • Comfortable navigatingambiguous or emerging business areas and capable of building new systems and ways of working.

  • Financial skills that includebudget ownership and revenue forecasting.

  • A proactive meticulous andsolution-focusedmentality with creativity to explore new ideas and ways of working.

  • Background in companies or industries specializing inlarge-scale experiences themed entertainment immersive environments or touring productionsis highly valuable.

This role is a 1 year assignment and can be based in London UK or Los Angeles CA
