As a Key Account Manager youll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Assists in hiring JR Account Executive or Account Executive as identified in the business plan for growth within Key Account(s) network of partners. Trains mentors and/or partners with these positions to ensure metrics are achieved and we meet the account needs and specifications for the highest level of customer service communication and account satisfaction.
  • Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expands the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Serves as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Ensures internal communication and processes are in place for customer service.
  • Resolves any issues and problems faced by customers.
  • Liaisons between the Key Accounts and Elara to work through challenges to maintain trust.
  • Ensures growth in Key metrics of a Key Account and in the accounts network of providers.
  • Meets key requirements by providing timely expense reporting RSL utilization QBR engagement trella utilization etc.

What is Required

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • 5 years experience Key Account position providing solutions-based customer/account management
  • 3 years experience in a leadership role for Key Account growth
  • Ability to build and maintain quality relationships with referral sources and internal partners.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to travel as needed based on territory demographic or organizational need

You will report to the Area Vice President of Sales.
