At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Those in Workday technology at PwC will focus on specialising and managing Workdays suite of cloud-based software and solutions within an organisation. Workday offers a range of applications for human resources (HR) finance payroll talent management and other business functions.

You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients and to deliver quality. Education:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Human Resources or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday implementations with a focus on data conversion.

Strong experience in data extraction transformation and loading from legacy systems into Workday.

Proven expertise in using Workday tools (EIB Workday Studio Workday Prism Analytics) for data conversions.

Proficient in SQL and other database query languages.

Experience with legacy systems such as PeopleSoft SAP Oracle or ADP.

Knowledge of ETL tools and processes as well as data migration best practices.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday certification in Data Conversion or related areas.

Experience working in a consulting environment leading multiple projects concurrently.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
