How you will make an impact:
- Partner with the Executive Admin to manage calendars schedules and logistics for customer and executive engagements.
- Coordinate and support customer events executive meetings and organizational communications.
- Develop and refine keynote presentations scripting and PowerPoint decks for leaders.
- Prepare executive backgrounders talking points and follow-up materials for meetings and events.
- Create and manage weekly LinkedIn posts and bi-weekly internal newsletters.
- Collect and share customer stories to highlight impact and success.
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff on business strategy and planning deliverables.
- Use CoPilot and prompt engineering to enhance communications and streamline workflows.
- Manage special projects as assigned demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
The expertise you bring:
- 35 years of experience in communications project support or administration in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (M365) PowerPoint Teams and other Office systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to develop communications for senior leaders including backgrounders and presentations.
- Experience creating content for multiple platforms (LinkedIn newsletters internal communications).
- Demonstrated project management and organizational abilities to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across diverse teams.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with professionalism and discretion.
- BA/BS degree preferred; familiarity with AI and prompt engineering tools (CoPilot) is a plus.
