Job Description

Lead two exceptional Marriott properties as the Dual General Manager for the Courtyard (120 rooms) and TownePlace Suites (100 rooms) in Goodlettsville TNjust minutes from Nashvilles music scene but with all the charm of small-town living. Youll oversee a combined 220 guest rooms and two dynamic teams in a community renowned for its green parks local cuisine andwelcoming Tennessee hospitality.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 6 years of experienceas a General Manager or 2 years as General Manager over 2 or more hotels. This ensures you have the leadership experience needed to guide our team effectively.
  • Previous experience as a General Manager with a major branded hotel demonstrating a strong understanding of brand standards initiatives and collaborative partnerships with corporate brand teams.
  • Extensive rooms and/or F&B experienceto manage all aspects of hotel operations.
  • Bachelors degree in hotel management business or related field; or equivalent experience. This provides the foundational knowledge required for strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite cloud-based apps and hotel property management systemsto streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Willingness to relocateto embrace new opportunities and challenges.

  • Collaborate on operational plansto achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
  • Lead associatesto meet Atriums service and satisfaction goals through positive guest experiences.
  • Utilize brand tools creativelyto meet current and future guest expectations.
  • Ensure preventive maintenanceof the property including mechanical and IT systems.
  • Manage loss prevention and risk managementpolicies to protect hotel assets and ensure safety.
  • Engage with associatesto improve hotel culture and embrace Atriums core values.
