At The Learning Experience we make early education joyful! Our mission is to create a happy nurturing environment where children families and teachers grow together. Were looking for a caring energetic Teacher to join our team and help our littlest learners explore the world around them.
- Create a safe loving and engaging classroom environment for infants.
- Implement our fun hands-on L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support early learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with families by sharing daily updates photos and milestones.
- Collaborate with other teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive and supportive workplace.
- Model best practices in early childhood education and help guide assistant teachers in the classroom.
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing and safety standards.
- At least 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience (1 year preferred).
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and infant milestones.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
