Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Teacher you will provide inspiring instruction and dedicated mentorship profoundly impacting the intellectual growth and personal development of your students.
Every day you will expertly design engaging lesson plans facilitate dynamic classroom discussions assess student progress and meticulously adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs fostering a stimulating and supportive educational environment.
To be successful you will demonstrate outstanding pedagogical skills strong communication abilities and a passionate patient demeanor contributing significantly to academic achievement and lifelong learning.
- Greeting parents children and other staff members.
- Maintaining positive interactions with parents children and other staff members
- Maintaining childrens well-being (changing diapers restroom assistance hand-washing etc.)
- Daily cleaning of classrooms ensuring classrooms are organized and well maintained (sweeping mopping wiping down toys shelves mats etc.)
- Maintaining lesson plans lesson plan box fine motor and gross motor assistance
- Interacting with children on a daily basis
- Working with infants ages 6 weeks to 15 months
