Job Summary
As a Sr. Program Specialist here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in managing and executing programs within the Building Automation sector. Your expertise will ensure that projects align with business objectives and meet customer requirements driving operational excellence and innovation.
You will report directly to our Program Manager and youll work out of our Baltimore MD location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role you will impact the successful execution of programs enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage programs to ensure successful execution and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Develop and implement project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.

Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
6 years of experience in project management.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Experience in risk management and problem-solving.

Bachelors degree in engineering Business Administration or a related field.
6 years of relevant experience in program management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
