Job Summary
This position will assist and aid in daily custodial duties preventative maintenance and maintenance for Athletic Facilities.
Responsibilities
- Daily general maintenance and cleaning of athletic facilities.
- Post-event cleaning for athletic events
- General painting on athletic grounds and facilities including but not limited to touch-up painting painting of rooms walls and exterior surfaces at ground level etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Education:High school diploma or GED.
- Experience:Experience working in general custodial services and/or facilities maintenance for a company or university/college.
- Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- Basic cleaning and general maintenance knowledge and skills
- Basic skills with hand and small electric tools.
- Knowledge of maintaining different types of flooring and surfaces.
- Ability to identify safety hazards and report to the supervisor.
- Ability to set up and break down events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education:Associates degree
- Experience:Experience working in general custodial services and/or facilities maintenance in a collegiate athletics capacity.
- Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of small engine maintenance (basic blower pressure washer maintenance etc.)
