- Recruit healthcare professionals through extensive phone and Internet/email prospecting
- Generate a high-volume pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
- Use major job boards social media referrals and cold calling to find and attract talent
- Provide outstanding customer service to job seekers

- One (1) year of prior recruiting experience preferred.
- Bachelors degreepreferred.Equivalentcombination of experienceand education may satisfy the educational requirement.
