Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ambulance services ensuring efficient and high-quality care delivery. Manages staff budgets and operational logistics to meet clinical and administrative goals while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Essential Functions
-Manages the daily operational aspects of ambulance services including scheduling dispatch and resource allocation.
-Oversees staff performance provides training and ensures adherence to protocols and best practices.
-Monitors and maintains ambulance equipment ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
-Collaborates with clinical teams to streamline patient transport and ensure seamless handover between ambulance staff and healthcare providers.
-Develops and implements policies to improve operational efficiency reduce response times and enhance patient care.
-Maintains accurate records reports on service utilization and monitors KPIs related to operational performance.
-Manages the ambulance services budget including cost control and resource optimization.
-Ensures compliance with local state and federal regulations governing ambulance operations and patient transport.
