Job Title : Data Analyst
Role Overview :
Join Marketing team as a Data Analyst focusing on quantifying and optimizing the impact of digital and brand campaigns across matchmaking apps and web platforms. Youll be hands- on with very large multi-source data sets and play an active role in powering journey of profile acquisition and digital marketing interventions.
Key Responsibilities :
Aggregate clean and analyse high-volume marketing and business data across channels (Google Ads Meta Affiliate Marketing ASO SEO CRM and website/app analytics).
Build maintain & automate dashboards for campaigns funnel performance retention and lead/subscription conversion rates.
Uncover actionable data trends proactively identify optimization opportunities and deliver impactful narratives to improve registration-to-paid conversion.
Closely collaborate with performance marketing brand product and technology teams to continuously improve targeting segmentation creatives and ROI.
Create post-campaign analytics/videos/reports with succinct recommendations for campaign improvement.
Support A/B testing experimentation and customer behavior analytics to guide digital product strategy and acquisition.
Work with BI/data engineering teams to automate flows and improve data reliability.
Translate complex findings for non-technical stakeholders and executive teams.
Required Skills & Experience :
25 years in marketing analytics data science or performance marketing data roles (within consumer tech/e-commerce/app businesses preferred).
Highly proficient with Excel/Google Sheets SQL and dashboards/BI tools ( Tableau Google Data Studio/Looker).
Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and metrics: CAC LTV funnel optimization ROAS retention attribution.
Expertise in campaign reporting cohort analysis segmentation and statistical approaches.
Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills; able to communicate clearly with teams across tech and business.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with regression cohort analysis or A/B test design.
Familiarity with Python/R Google Colab for data analysis
Prior work in app-first environments high-velocity web platforms or subscription-driven businesses is a plus.
