This position is an Analyst Valuation & Advisory Services role based out of our Vancouver office. This is a hybrid role.

About you

Youre an aspiring appraisal professional looking to learn from the best so you can become the next top Appraiser. You enjoy analyzing data gathering market research and following a project from start to finish.

In this role you will

  • Apply superior organization and analytical skills to conduct assessments tax searches and surveys.

  • Collect and organize market and property data.

  • Support the appraisal process by collaborating with other departments to obtain the information you need to support your team.

  • Ability to perform thorough market research and engage with market participants

What youll bring

  • Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser progressing towards your AACI designation.

  • Enrolled with the Appraisal Institute of Canada with AIC candidacy obtained is an asset.

  • An undergraduate degree.

  • An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with Argus is an asset.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $49600 - $60000

Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
