Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research analyze data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Create detailed reports dashboards and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and work with teams to implement solutions.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable input to the organization.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $24000 to $65000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance retirement plans paid time off and professional development opportunities.
