Were delighted to be partnering with a newly refurbished bustling restaurant and bar in the heart of Cirencester celebrated for its vibrant atmosphere locally inspired drinks list and relaxed yet refined style.
Theyre now seeking a Bar Manager with a genuine passion for hospitality cocktails and people leadership to take charge of the bar operation and deliver consistently memorable guest experiences.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Bar Manager
- 36000 per annum plus 4000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Bar Manager
- Leading and inspiring the bar team to deliver polished personable service
- Overseeing day-to-day operations stock control ordering and team scheduling
- Maintaining a high standard of drink presentation from cocktails to coffee
- Managing training team development and motivation
- Playing a key role in guest experience atmosphere and feedback handling
