Our client an established automotive group is seeking a Pre-Owned Sales Manager / Used Car Manager to take ownership of pre-owned operations at their dealership in the Greater Toronto Area.
About the Role:
Oversee all aspects of the pre-owned department including acquisition appraisal inventory management and sales performance.
Build and lead a team that consistently delivers strong results and exceptional customer experiences.
Work closely with sales staff to develop their skills and help them reach their goals
Manage inventory turn pricing strategy and gross profit to maximize profitability.
Handle reconditioning timelines and ensure vehicles are retail-ready efficiently.
Partner with leadership on advertising strategies and promotional activities.
Stay connected to market conditions auction activity and wholesale opportunities.
What You Bring:
2 years in automotive sales management with a focus on used vehicles.
Strong people leadership skills and a track record of developing successful teams.
Solid understanding of inventory management appraisals and dealership operations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Current OMVIC license and valid Ontario drivers license.
