About the role
The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a Team Leader Customer Experience to guide a passionate team in delivering outstanding service whether face-to-face over the phone or this role youll help customers access what they need quickly and easily enable digital self-service and ensure smooth operations through smart systems and efficient processes. With a strong focus on coaching collaboration and continuous improvement youll play a pivotal role in shaping how the City connects with its community.

About you
To be successful in this role youll bring a Diploma in Business Administration or Management (or equivalent experience) strong leadership experience in customer service operations and a solid understanding of delivering high-quality service across multiple channels. Your excellent communications problem-solving skills and confidence with digital systems will help drive a culture of customer-first service and continuous improvement.
