HSE specialist
Job Summary:
An HSE specialist is responsible for developing implementing and maintaining safety programs and policies to ensure a safe working environment. Then conduct risk assessments identify safety hazards provide training to employees and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. His involves analyzing incidents investigating accidents and recommending improvements to minimize risks.
Duties and Responsitbities:
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios ( fire gas release chemical spill etc.)
- Develop & implement safety training programs for employees.
- Monitoring of compliance of safety procedures at site.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices at workplace.
Experince and Qualification:
- Proven 05 years of international experience in a similar role preferably gulf experience. Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Engineering)
- Nebosh IGC & IOSH (Preferably Nebosh IDIP)
