Work Location: Remote
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop industrial clients in Eastern European countries including automobile manufacturers machinery factories windpower companies etc.
- Targeted visits to potential customers (such as DENSO GRUNDFOS etc)
- Develop a localized pricing strategy to adapt to local procurement habits
- Channel construction Recruit and manage local agents (prioritize partners with industrial equipment distribution experience)
- Order closed loop management Control the entire process from inquiry to payment collection (with special attention to local VAT tax compliance)
- Handling customer technical inquiries (requires collaboration with the Chinese technical team to resolve)
Hands on background
- Having over 35 years of successful experience in the sales of industrial products especially bearings mechanical components automotive parts electromechanical equipment etc.
- Must have sales experience in the Eastern European market
- Successful cases of exploring new markets and building customer networks from scratch.
- Experience in dealing with OEM customers and/or large distributors.
Language proficiency:
- English: Fluent in business communication skills (written and spoken) able to effectively collaborate with the headquarter steam.(Essential)
- One of the Eastern European Language: native language level fluent in listening speaking reading and writing.(Essential)
- Other languages will be a plus.
