This Outstanding academy in Hampshire requires a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to oversee its extensive and modern teaching and learning facilities. The role is crucial in ensuring the school premises are safe compliant and conducive to the academys high standards of academic excellence.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Operational Management: Managing the daily schedule key holding and split shifts to cover opening and closing procedures during term time.
- Budget & Lettings: Assisting the Business Manager with managing the premises budget and overseeing logistics for community use and lettings.
- Maintenance: Implementing planned and reactive maintenance programmes ensuring high quality of minor repairs and coordinating large works.
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract: Full-Time Permanent (52 weeks per year).
- Salary Range: Competitive salary (ranging from 36000 - 44000 per annum).
- Essential Requirements: Proven site management experience demonstrable maintenance skills and commitment to high H&S standards.
