The Role
Working within a small HR team youll support safer recruitment staff onboarding DBS checks single central record upkeep and general HR administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Placing job adverts and supporting shortlisting paperwork
- Managing all pre-employment checks and references
- Ensuring the SCR remains fully compliant
- Preparing staff contracts induction packs and documentation
- Responding to day-to-day HR queries from staff and leaders
- Maintaining HR files and supporting attendance management processes
