Position:- Sr. Graphic Designer / Design Head
Location: Mumbai
Qualification - Bachelors / Masters in Design Communication or Visual Arts or related field.
Experience Required - 10 years of experience in brand and packaging design with minimum 5 years in Toys / Stationery / Homeware/ Durable / FMCG and team management.

Were looking for a visionary Design Lead to define and drive the visual identity of our fast-growing Homeware Toys Stationery & Sports brands. This role is for someone who blends strong creative instinct with strategic thinking and executional excellence. If you thrive in fast-paced environments have a deep understanding of how design builds brand love and drives business impact this role is for you.
- Youll shape the design language of brands seen by billions across India.
- Youll work at the intersection of strategy storytelling and visual identity
- Youll have end-to-end creative ownership from product to packaging to digital to offline
- Youll lead and mentor a growing team of designers and freelancers
- Join a dynamic team that values creative thinking speed and aesthetic excellence
Skills Required:

Strong portfolio across product packaging branding digital and integrated campaign design

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign); motion design is a plus

Strong aesthetic sensibility combined with business understanding

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Well networked with freelancers and production capabilities across printing editing motion graphics & content
Bonus if You Have
- Built or scaled design systems for challenger brands
- Experience in D2C/e-commerce and content-rich digital formats
- Worked in high-growth entrepreneurial environments
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the visual identity of each brand across product packaging and media (conventional & digital)
- Lead packaging design for new products and revamps ensure standout on store shelves & digital presence compliance and resonance with consumers
- Set visual tone for sub-brands and product lines while maintaining consistency with master brand
- Oversee creative development for 360 brand campaigns digital ads social offline influencer content and event collaterals
- Align with marketing and content teams on campaign objectives and creative direction
- Translate project briefs into high-impact visual storytelling that drives awareness and conversion
- Mentor and manage a team of in-house designers and external partners (freelancers agencies)
- Drive the design workflow for multiple brands and projects across timelines
- Conduct regular reviews give creative feedback and raise the quality bar
- Coordinate with printers and packaging vendors to ensure output quality color fidelity and timely delivery
- Supervise final mockups artworks press approvals and production specs
- Stay ahead of design trends competitor visual language and cultural cues
- Push creative boundaries while keeping designs rooted in brand and business goals
- Regularly present design strategy and rationale to brand & product leadership and cross-functional teams
