Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians clinics eldercare facilities and community partners
- Make outbound calls and in-person visits to local businesses and healthcare providers
- Use market data to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide engaging presentations and in-services to educate referral sources about our programs and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth referral-to-admission processes
- Represent Varco at community events and activities
- Deliver daily reports and updates to the administrator
- Help remove barriers to care and follow up to ensure successful admissions
