Field Labor (HDD Experience)

Seeking experienced field labor personnel with Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) background to support underground utility construction projects. Candidates must be reliable safety-minded and capable of contributing to daily drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support HDD operations including setup mud mixing tracking potholing and conduit pulls
Assist drill operator with daily tasks and jobsite prep
Perform hand digging trenching and equipment spotting
Maintain clean safe and compliant work sites
Follow all local state and company safety protocols

Required Experience

1 3 years experience supporting HDD or underground utility crews
Proficiency with mud systems locating and underground construction practices
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor field conditions
CDL preferred (not required)
Clean driving record
